The Farmers National Bank of Emlenton announced that Jennifer A. Roxbury has joined the Bank as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.

In this position, Ms. Roxbury will be responsible for managing the Bank’s branch network, financial services division, facilities, and all consumer loan and deposit operations.  Ms. Roxbury brings a broad range of banking and financial services experience having most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer with NexTier Bank.  With nearly 25 years of community banking experience, Ms. Roxbury has strong system enhancement, product development and project management skills.

William C. Ms. Roxbury resides with her husband and two daughters in Butler, Pennsylvania.
