Emlenton, Pennsylvania, March 23, 2018 – The Farmers National Bank of Emlenton recently donated $144,000 to local educational organizations, through the Pennsylvania Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program.
The EITC program provides tax credits for eligible businesses to contribute to educational improvement organizations and/or pre-kindergarten scholarship organizations. Since 2002, Farmers has donated more than $1.5 million through this program.
