At the Bridgeway Capital Annual Event, The Farmers National Bank of Emlenton, was awarded the 2013 Impact Award.
Each year, the organization presents the award to an individual or company who helps further the mission of a thriving region for all. Partnering award recipients are selected based on the volume of support that is given which enhances the efficiency and effectiveness within the markets Bridgeway Capital serves.
Bridgeway Capital President and CEO, Mark Peterson, stated, “This new relationship helped to support our growth in lending in areas north of Pittsburgh. We became acquainted with the Bank last year, and their CEO and President, William Marsh, negotiated a loan to Bridgeway to use to finance non-bankable small businesses. Robert Vernick, Senior Vice President and Chief Lending Officer, and his team have referred a number of promising loans, many of which we were able to approve and close. Farmer’s referrals total over $2 million dollars.”
The 2013 Impact Award was presented to William C. Marsh, Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of The Farmers National Bank of Emlenton, at the event held at Heinz Field East Club Lounge in Pittsburgh, PA.
