The employees of The Farmers National Bank of Emlenton recently donated $495 to the Moniteau Area Food Pantry located in West Sunbury, PA. Employees of the Bank raised money for this donation through their Community Jeans Day program.
The Moniteau Area Food Pantry reaches out to the community to provide food and assistance to people in need. Accepting the donation on behalf of the Moniteau Area Food Pantry was Cynthia Morrison, Food Pantry Administrator. Representing the Farmers National Bank of Emlenton was Susan Myers, Assistant Branch Manager of the Eau Claire Banking Office.
Community Jeans Day is an employee program that spans bank-wide and benefits local organizations within the Bank footprint. Employees of the Bank are encouraged to donate each month and in return, are permitted to wear jeans on Fridays. All money raised goes back into the community through gifting to local, non-profit organizations.
