The Farmers National Bank of Emlenton will increase the minimum hourly wage its pays employees to $10.50 per hour beginning September 1, 2014. This hourly wage rate represents an increase over the current lowest pay rate offered by the bank and is 45% higher than the federal minimum wage rate of $7.25 per hour as mandated by the United States Department of Labor.
