The Farmers National Bank of Emlenton recently donated $5,800 to the Passavant Hospital Foundation. These funds will be used to advance health and wellness through education, outreach and grant making in the McCandless and Cranberry areas.
“We understand the importance of high-quality, local healthcare. Our donation will make a positive impact in the lives of many for years to come,” said Robert Vernick, Senior Vice President, Chief Lending and Business Development Officer of The Farmers National Bank of Emlenton.
Accepting the donation on behalf of the Passavant Hospital Foundation was Fay Morgan, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Foundation. Representing the Farmers National Bank of Emlenton were Robert Vernick, SVP/Chief Lending and Business Development Officer, Josh Fye, VP/Commercial Loan Officer, and Renee Foust, AVP/Branch Manager.
Passavant Hospital Foundation was incorporated as a 501(c)3 nonprofit foundation in 1981. Funds contributed by the community are used exclusively to develop new hospital services at UPMC Passavant in McCandless and Cranberry and to provide health education and outreach programming in the community.
