The Farmers National Bank of Emlenton announced that it has purchased two adjacent properties on the corner of Route 19 and Ogle View Road in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania to construct a full-service banking office.
The 7,400 square foot facility on 1.8 acres will house a full-service retail banking office with three drive-thru lanes as well as offices for commercial lenders, wealth management advisors and administrative staff. The Bank received approval to proceed with this branch office from Cranberry Township, as well as the Bank’s primary regulator last month, and is currently waiting for a Highway Occupancy Permit from PennDot which is expected later this spring or in early summer. Site development and construction of the building is anticipated to begin this summer.
