The Farmers National Bank of Emlenton announced that Brittany A. Basham 
has joined the organization as Human Resources Manager.
In this position, Ms. Basham will be responsible for managing all human resources functions, including staffing, compensation and benefits, and employee programs. With over 9 years of experience in the banking industry, she possesses a strong background in Human Resources and leadership.
Ms. Basham received her Professional in Human Resources Certification through the Human Resource Certification Institute in 2012. She is currently pursuing her Human Resource Management degree at Butler County Community College. Ms. Basham is active in the community dedicating time to the American Heart Association and the United Way Campaign and Days of Caring.
Ms. Basham resides with her husband in Butler County, Pennsylvania.
