Emlenton, Pennsylvania, April 19, 2018 – The Farmers National Bank of Emlenton has recently increased the minimum hourly wage it pays employees to $11.25 per hour, effective April 1, 2018. This new hourly wage rate represents an increase of more than 7% over the Bank’s current internal minimum wage and is approximately 55% higher than the federal minimum wage rate of $7.25 per hour as mandated by the United States Department of Labor.
