Gantz Promoted to SVP, Chief Credit Officer...

Gantz2Emlenton, Pennsylvania, April 1, 2019 – Emclaire Financial Corp (NASDAQ: EMCF), the parent holding company of The Farmers National Bank of Emlenton, is proud to announce the appointment of Eric Gantz to Senior Vice President, Chief Credit Officer.

Mr. Gantz will be responsible for leading corporate credit strategy initiatives, managing the commercial loan portfolio and underwriting administration and will monitor credit risk and asset quality for the Company and the Bank.  Mr. Gantz has been with the Bank since 2009, most recently having served as Vice President, Senior Credit Officer.  Mr. Gantz graduated from the Bank’s Management Training Program and served in various roles throughout his career, mainly focused in the commercial credit and risk management areas.  

“Eric has proven his ability to maintain a quality loan portfolio, manage risks, ensure the safe flow of credit and mitigate losses,” said William C. Marsh, Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Farmers National Bank, “He has become an instrumental member of the executive management team, and I look forward to working with him in this new role as we continue to grow the Bank.”

Gantz is a graduate of Youngstown State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration is Marketing and Management.  He resides with his family in Hermitage, Pennsylvania.
