Ms. Hobbs has extensive knowledge and experience in the financial industry, specializing in customer service, business relationship management, investments, consumer and business lending, and recruitment. During her 17 years in the financial industry, Ms. Hobbs has successfully managed high-profile portfolios, increased customer service and satisfaction by educating and leading her retail banking team, and has developed key business and community relationships. As Branch Manager, she will oversee operations of the full-service banking office, manage relationships with local clientele and will ensure a high level of customer service.
Ms. Hobbs holds certifications in the Investments Licensed Series 6 and Series 63 and currently volunteers with the Alzheimer’s Association of Columbiana County Ohio and Hancock County, West Virginia.
