Emlenton, Pennsylvania, March 1, 2017– Jennifer Roxbury, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of The Farmers National Bank of Emlenton, recently graduated from an intensive one year program as a member of the inaugural 2016-17 class of the Pennsylvania Bankers Leadership Institute, an initiative of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association (PA Bankers).
Roxbury has served the banking industry for over 29 years and is responsible for managing the Bank’s full-service branch network, marketing, human resources, compliance, facilities, and all consumer loan and deposit operations. Ms. Roxbury serves as the PA Bankers Group 8 Chair and serves on the statewide Board of Directors. She also sits on Fiserv’s Retail Advisory Council, is a Board Member for the Nonprofit Development Corporation in Butler and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team for the American Heart Association Butler Heart Walk.
The Pennsylvania Bankers Leadership Institute offers emerging and existing leaders highly personalized and interactive planning sessions specifically tailored to the banking industry. Throughout five 2-day sessions, participants examined the correlation between organizational culture, performance, leadership, engagement and communication, ending with the development of an individualized Leadership Action Plan.

The Pennsylvania Bankers Association is now accepting applications for the 2017-18 class, which begins in March. Participants can earn up to 68 credits from the HR Certification Institute and up to 67.5 Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits.
