Ms. Oligher has extensive knowledge in the financial industry, with over 11 years of experience. Previously serving in various managerial positions, Ms. Oligher excels in mentoring staff, account management and cultivating key community relationships. As Branch Manager, she will oversee operations of the full-service banking office while developing and managing relationships to ensure customer service excellence.
Ms. Oligher holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Pittsburgh. She is also a licensed PA Notary Public. Ms. Oligher resides in Wexford, Pennsylvania.
